COP 15 – Biodiversity event first part took place in a virtual format, from 11-15 October 2021. UN provided observer status to Pondicherry integrated cultural and friendship association to participate in the COP15 event. On behalf of from PICFA , Dr Bikash Kali Das participated in the event online.
